Membership Terms

1. Parties

These terms are concluded between Tavla Dünyası – Mehdi Turan ("Tavla Dünyası"), operating at Fenerbahçe Mah. Mahur Sok. No: 20/1A Kat: 4, Kadıköy / Istanbul, and the person who creates a member account on tavladunyasi.com (the "Member"), when the Member accepts them during registration.

2. Subject

These terms govern the use of the membership services offered on the website. Membership lets you save favourite products, keep an address book, track the requests you have sent and fill in forms with your account details.

3. Membership

• To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration.
• Membership begins once your email address is verified or you sign in with your Google account.
• Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out with your account; if you suspect unauthorised use, you must change your password and notify Tavla Dünyası.

4. Member's obligations

The Member agrees to use the website in accordance with the law and these terms; not to open an account with another person's details; and not to attempt to disrupt the website, compromise its security or overload it by automated means.

5. Rights and obligations of Tavla Dünyası

• Tavla Dünyası provides the membership services with reasonable care and may temporarily suspend them for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
• In the event of use contrary to these terms, Tavla Dünyası may suspend or close the account after informing the Member.
• Product information, images, texts and designs on the website belong to Tavla Dünyası and may not be copied without permission or used for commercial purposes.

6. Sales and quotes

Membership alone does not create a sales contract. Requests sent through the website are requests for information or a quote, not orders. A sale is concluded separately once the price and terms have been agreed and the Distance Sales Agreement and pre-contractual information form have been sent to the Member.

7. Personal data

The Member's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Consent to commercial messages is optional; the Member can withdraw it at any time from the profile page.

8. Termination

The Member can terminate these terms at any time by deleting their account from the profile page. When the account is deleted, profile, address and favourites data are permanently deleted; requests and records that must be kept by law are retained for the periods stated in the privacy notice, with their link to the account removed.

9. Changes

Tavla Dünyası may update these terms. For material changes, the Member's consent will be requested again.

10. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Turkish law. A Member acting as a consumer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to the consumer courts for disputes exceeding those limits.
